cancellation policy

Please contact Amelia directly via text at 541-870-0345 if you need to cancel your appointment.

At least 48 hours notice is requested.

If you must cancel your appointment 48-24 hours prior to the scheduled service start time, you will be required to pay 50% of the service total via Venmo or PayPal (username @ missameliahart on venmo, PayPal, and Cashapp).

If you must cancel your appointment 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled starting time, you will be required to pay 100% of the service total via Venmo or PayPal. A no show with no prior contact to Amelia will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment start time, your appointment will be no longer reserved for you and you will need to pay a cancellation fee and reschedule for another day.
